This apartment is type T1 located in a prestigious and a quiet part of town, close to all recreational spots. The apartment is bright and sunny with a comfortable layout. The kitchen is located between the bedroom and the living room. All the windows are facing east.

The apartment is furnished with new furniture and supplied with fire safety appliances. There are an Inverter, TV and free Wi-Fi.
The whole apartment is designed in the same style and color of aromatic coffee with milk and turquoise color of sea water and sky. The rooms are decorated with original artwork of European artists and real flowers.
The specialty of our apartments is always fresh oranges in all seasons! In order to remove fatigue from the journey, we have prepared for you different types of tea!
Hallway: the first thing that greets you is a “grass” carpet and beautiful interior doors made of natural wood with shining glass, behind which you will have pleasant impressions.
1 bedroom with double bed, real wood furniture: bedside tables, dresser, built-in wardrobe, comfortable laminate floor and natural floor mats. Above the bed, handmade embroidery – a rosebush, perfectly harmonizes with a pink throw in the oriental style, elegant tulle and white pots with palm trees. In this bedroom you will sleep well at any time of the year!
1 living room with double couch, comfortable armchair and a dining table for 4 people, 2 wooden chairs, a new flat-screen TV, cupboard for clothes, a rack with baskets for little things. On the walls are original paintings by a Spanish artist with southern motifs. The table is decorated with ceramic dishes in the form of sea creatures and lively blooming orchid. On the floor natural mat, good for the health of your feet.
An isolated kitchen: completely supplied with appliances, dishware and all necessary attributes: fridge, microwave, stove, oven, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, blender, a set of dishware, tableware, glasses, tea and coffee sets, designer ceramic dishware, pots, pans, wine opener and other cute things, folding table and folding chairs. On the floor carpet of natural material.
A bathroom: big mirror has back-light, done up with natural stone, a set of towels, toilet paper, soap, hair dryer, automatic air freshener, soft mat, stylish laundry baskets. The bathroom is decorated in a chocolate-orange tone, creates a tasty mood.

Apartment is located opposite a 4-star hotel. The windows overlook a cosy courtyard.
The ocean is within walking distance. It is a 10-15-minute walk at leisure pace up until the well-known waterline of Praia da Rocha beach and the tourist zone: restaurants, spa salons, bars, night clubs, sport activities, shopping boutiques, fruit and wine stands, souvenir shops, freelance artist.
The house located on the opposite side, has a small cafe. There’s a small shop in the neighboring house where you can buy all the essentials. There’s also a gaming room with table games and a bar. Everything is located within a 50-meter radius.
On your way to the beach you can find other cosy cafes where you can have a delicious and light breakfast, lunch and dinner.
