This apartment is type T 1+1 located in a prestigious and a quiet part of town, close to all recreational spots.
The specialty of our apartments is always bright and fresh oranges in all seasons! In order to remove fatigue from the journey, we have prepared for you different types of tea!
The layout can accommodate 6 people
The apartment is furnished with new modern furniture and TV. It is supplied with all the necessary fire safety equipment. It has a fan, ironing facilities, vacuum cleaner and Wi-Fi.
The rooms are decorated with original artworks of European artists and real flowers.
2 bedrooms:
One of the rooms has a super king size bed with orthopedic mattress and soft headboard, it suits people that are large and tall, 2 bedside tables with lamps and soft rugs and a large built-in wardrobe. On the wall above the bed is the author’s hand embroidery picture, on the other wall – a picture made of natural amber. An amber is a symbol of health and abundance and has a beneficial effect on a health. On the ceiling is a meditative lamp with twinkling stars.
The second bedroom has a pull-out couch, a three wings mirror with a chest of drawers, a bedside table with an elegant lamp, natural rugs, throw pillows decorate the sofa, the author’s paintings on the walls are hand-embroidered.
A living room has a double pull out couch. It’s comfortable for recreational use and for sleeping. There is a large glass dining table for 6 people (6 chairs with soft pads), shelving, glass coffee table and modern flat TV. The mat in the room is made out of natural fibers and is healthy when resting your feet. There are paintings with flowers on the walls – hand-made embroidery and a reproduction of a world masterpiece from the Hermitage (Rubens “Union of Earth and Water”).
The living room is decorated in chocolate and turquoise tones.
There’s a big balcony with stylish furniture and flowers along the wall of the living room and the kitchen.
A separate kitchen supplied with all necessary appliances, dishware and necessary supplies: fridge, microwave, stove, oven, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, a set of dishware, tableware, glasses, tea and coffee sets, pots, pans, wine opener and other cute things. There are spacious kitchen table and 4 stools. Traditional Portuguese pottery creates a colourful atmosphere that complements the natural floor mats.
A bathroom: big mirror, a set of towels, toilet paper, soap, hair dryer, automatic air freshener, soft mat.
The hall is spacious and welcoming, also decorated with designer embroidery.
There are a lot of parking spaces.

A cosy cafe-bar located in the next entrance of this house.
The ocean is within walking distance. It is a 15-minute walk at leisure pace up until the well-known waterline of Praia da Rocha beach and the tourist zone: restaurants, spa salons, bars, night clubs, sport activities, shopping boutiques, fruit and wine stands, souvenir shops, freelance artist.
Nearby the house you will find a couple of small and cosy cafes where you can have a delicious and light breakfast, lunch and dinner. There’s also a small shop, a bar, a gaming centre with table games.
Also, within walking distance 3-5 minutes there are pharmacy, ATM, bicycle rent.

Deposit of 100 euros required when entering the apartment, which will be refunded when leaving them.
